Customer rental pricing

Before payment, customers will see the binding rental price, any cap, temporary card authorisation, material non-return or damage charge, and return instructions. Illustrative planning figures are not live prices.

Temporary security authorisation

Any temporary security amount should be authorised and released by the contracted payment provider under the disclosed rules. Simao Charge will not present a customer security authorisation as an investment, savings product or source of business capital.

Returns and availability

A return is intended to complete only when an available compatible station confirms it. Stations, slots, connectors and network coverage may be unavailable. Final customer terms and the live service will explain support, refunds and fault handling.

Personal information

Application, rental, station, device, payment-token, support and security data will be used only for relevant operating, contractual, legal and safety purposes. Full card details should remain with the contracted payment provider. Detailed processors, retention periods, rights contacts and any cookie choices will be published before public launch.

Referral rewards

The programme is free and one-tier. Referrers cannot earn from joining, paying a fee or recruiting other referrers. Proposed rewards depend on a validated venue, activation, qualifying cleared rentals and the signed referrer agreement. No income is guaranteed.
