Review the terms
See the binding price, any temporary card authorisation, return rules and material non-return charges before accepting.
Scan or tap
Follow the QR or contactless instructions and authorise payment through the configured payment provider.
Take and charge
A charged portable power bank releases so the customer can keep moving while using their phone.
Return and confirm
Place the bank in an available compatible slot at a participating station and keep the return confirmation.
Apply
Tell us about the venue, location, hours, footfall and proposed station placement.
Assess
We review customer need, dwell time, visibility, access, connectivity and fit with the developing network.
Agree the pilot
Approved venues receive the proposed placement, responsibilities, commercial terms and pilot agreement in writing.
Install and test
The station is configured, installed and tested with the venue team before launch.
Operate and improve
We monitor performance, coordinate support and maintenance, report results and decide whether to keep, improve or reposition the location.
